30~45 days after deposit and drawing are confirmed.
Q What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?
A 5-year quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading and peel-off resistance, as well as hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. A 50-year warranty is provided for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier with immediate delivery for parts in stock.
