Our standard manufacturing lead time is 25 to 45 days after deposit receipt and final drawing approval. Our minimum order value is $20,000; orders below this threshold incur an additional $800 fee to cover color calibration and machine setup.

Yes, design, dimension, and profile color are completely customizable based on Colorbond, RAL, or physical color samples. Please note we do not provide on-site measurement or installation services for small overseas projects due to work visa constraints.
Q: What are your payment terms, and how are the products packed for shipping?
We generally require a 30%–50% deposit via T/T, with the balance cleared prior to shipment; irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted. For secure transport, products are first wrapped in protective film and cartons, secured on steel pallets, and anchored with airbags within the container.
Q: What warranty coverage do you provide, and how are issues handled?
A 5-year comprehensive quality warranty is provided covering frame non-fading/non-peeling and smooth hardware performance, alongside a 50-year warranty for German hardware under normal operation.
