2) Frame color;
3) Type of glass, thickness (single, double, laminated, or others), and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, or others, with Argon or without).

30~45 days after deposit and drawing confirmed.

What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?
A
A 5-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, as well as hardware and accessories functioning properly under correct operation. A 50-year warranty applies to German hardware.
In case of quality issues, we provide replacement via international courier. Delivery is immediate for parts available in stock; otherwise, lead times depend on material ordering schedules, typically 10-15 days.
