ONLINE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Door and window products are custom-made large items that cannot be resold. Once you've finalized the order contract with our customer service team and signed/returned it, we'll initiate production immediately. However, since material cutting incurs production costs, we require a production deposit upfront. We kindly request your cooperation in confirming virtual receipt online in advance. Upon financial verification and receipt of payment, your order details will be fully entered into the factory's ERP system and formally processed according to production procedures. Should our store have provided services (including but not limited to on-site measurements and design drawings) and the customer ultimately does not proceed with the transaction, our store reserves the right to charge a corresponding service fee.
