We provide small structural profile samples free of charge. For complete customized doors, a nominal sample fee applies based on practical costs. However, all sample fees are fully credited and refunded when placing a subsequent bulk order.

Standard delivery takes approximately 15–25 days following deposit receipt and drawing sign-off. First, share your design criteria so we can deliver a technical solution. Upon your review and confirmation of the drawings and invoice, production initiates with a 50% deposit. Before dispatch, we provide inspection photos and videos—or welcome on-site audit inspectors—and require final balance clearance prior to shipment. Irrevocable sight L/C is also accepted.
