Rotary Cutting & Denutrient
Our process begins with rotary cutting to break the radial mechanical distribution of the wood, reducing its natural anisotropy and uneven stress. We then apply denutrient techniques, removing water, sugars, and other nutrients through controlled processes, which significantly improves the material's resistance to mold, decay, and termites.

Grafting & Filling Technology
With grafting technology, we replace hydrophilic groups inside the wood's cellulose and lignin, reducing its water affinity. This is enhanced by filling technology, which protects wood cells from within, further boosting stability and resistance.

Hot-Pressing & Fire Rating
Finally, hot-pressing also increases density, improving hardness, mechanical strength, and overall durability — making the wood exceptionally stable even in harsh conditions. The treated material also achieves a Class B-s1, d0 fire resistance rating among organic materials.
